Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the EatJP app. By using EatJP you agree to them.
Licence
EatJP grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.
Subscriptions
- EatJP Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes and content you create. You are responsible for the content you add and, if you use Family Sharing, for sharing it only with people you intend to.
Acceptable use
Do not use EatJP to store or share unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Disclaimer
EatJP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutrition figures and other recipe data are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical or dietary decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
